Delivery and returns

Every object is printed after you order by a professional 3D printing manufacturer, then shipped to your door. Here is how long it takes, how to cancel and what happens if something goes wrong.

How long it takes

Usually 7–14 days from your order: the manufacturer prints your object, then ships it straight to you. The product page shows the estimate for your country, color and quantity before you add it to your cart.

The price on the product page already includes delivery to your country. Objects you order together share one delivery.

Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund until printing starts: write to us through the contact page with your order number.

Once printing has started, the object is being made for you, so the order can no longer be cancelled.

If it arrives wrong or damaged

Check your object when it arrives, before you use it. If it is damaged or printed wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the object and of its original packaging.

We then have it printed again at no cost to you, or we refund you. Keep the object and its packaging until we reply: we may ask you to send them back, and the return postage is yours, as the terms say. An object that has been used is not refunded.

Questions buyers ask

Usually 7–14 days from your order. The manufacturer you pick at checkout prints it, then ships it to your door. The product page shows the estimate for the color and quantity you choose.

Yes, for a full refund, as long as printing has not started: write to us through the contact page with your order number. Once printing has started the object is being made for you, so the order can no longer be cancelled.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the object and of its packaging, and don't use it. We have it printed again at no cost to you, or we refund you.

Close, not always exact. The photos are the designer's own prints, and screens show colors differently. Each color is a real material, and dark colors hide the fine lines between printed layers better than white or translucent ones.

Often, yes. Objects ordered together are printed and shipped as one order, so they share one delivery. The product page shows what each extra unit costs, and your cart shows the total before you pay.

No. You receive the printed object, never the file. The file stays with Teleport and goes only to the manufacturer printing your order.
