Frequently Asked Questions
How printing, delivery, the Designer Fee and file protection work on Teleport.
Both. Teleport is a marketplace where designers list products, and the service that gets each order printed on demand by a portal near the buyer and shipped to their door. Designers upload a design once and set a price; Teleport handles production, payment and delivery without ever handing the design file to the buyer.
Your designs are protected with 256-bit encryption and never shared with buyers. Only the final physical products are delivered, ensuring your intellectual property remains secure.
Buyers never receive it: they order the printed object, not the file. Your file stays on Teleport’s server and is sent to the printing portal only to quote and print the order, as How Teleport protects your 3D design file explains.

You set a Design Fee for each part of your product and receive 100% of it after each completed order. The buyer pays it on top of printing, shipping and a flat €1–€2 Teleport fee, as the Designer Fee page shows with worked examples.
